Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council will hold a Public Hearing on October 20, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear public comments for or against the proposed North Village Overlay Zone. The Hearing will be held in the Heber City Municipal Building located at 75 North Main Street.
Public comments may also be submitted by email at CCPublic@heberut.gov. Heber City Council Meetings can be listened to through the “Agenda and Minutes” portal on the City website www.heberut.gov.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, those persons needing special accommodations, including those who are non-English speaking, should contact the Heber City Recorder’s office at 435-657-7886 at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting.
