NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE AND TO ADOPT, ENACT, OR MODIFY: A WRITTEN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AND AN IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE FOR PARKS AND TRAILS SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that Heber City (the “City”) has prepared a Parks and Trails Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, including a summary of the impact fee analysis designed to be understood by a lay person, and a proposed impact fee ordinance. Copies of all the foregoing will be available for public review on November 5, 2020, on the Heber City website www.heberut.gov, in the Heber City Administrative Offices located at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah, and at the Wasatch County Library located at 465 E 1200 S, Heber City, Utah.
Notice is hereby given that the City will hold a public hearing on November 17, 2020, beginning at 6:00 P.M., or shortly thereafter, in the Council Chambers located in the Heber City Administrative Offices at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear public comment for or against the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and the proposed impact fee ordinance. Dependent upon the Wasatch County transmission index at the time, the Public is encouraged to attend via the virtual meeting link via the City’s website https://www.heberut.gov/256/Agendas-and-Minutes . Public comment may be submitted in advance by email at ccpublic@heberut.gov or by requesting to speak during the virtual meeting.
