Ordinance Adoption
During the Heber City Council Meeting of May 17, 2022, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance Numbers 2022-06, 2022-09, and 2022-10. Ordinance 2022-06 approved the DMJ Annexation located on the corner of State Road 32 and Old Highway 40 and the associated Master Development Agreement. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, and Stack. Council Member Phillips was absent. The motion passed 4-0. Ordinance 2022-09 amended commercial fence regulations. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, and Stack. Council Member Phillips was absent. The motion passed 4-0. Ordinance 2022-10 permitted a zone change at 67 East 200 North from R-3 residential to C-3 commercial. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, and Stack. Council Member Phillips was absent. The motion passed 4-0.
