Heber City
Ordinance Adoption
During the Regular City Council Meeting held August 16, 2022, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance 2022-20. Said Ordinance amended the following sections of City Code Chapter 18.116 Flood Damage Prevention, 18.109, and 18.76 Landscaping. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, Phillips, and Stack. The motion passed unanimously, 5-0.
