HEBER CITY PUBLIC NOTICE

2023 MUNICIPAL ELECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following seats will be voted on in the 2023 Heber City Municipal General Election:

• City Council Member: four-year term (at Large)
• City Council Member: four-year term (at Large)
• City Council Member: four-year term (at Large)

Those interested in filing for candidacy for elected office must file a declaration for candidacy in person with the City Recorder between August 8^th and August 15^th, 2023, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The City Recorder’s office is located in the City Administrative Building at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah, 84032. Heber City will be participating in Ranked Choice Voting and therefore will not hold a Primary Election. Voting will be by mail-in ballot. The date of the General Election is Tuesday, November 7^th, 2023.
