Heber City is currently accepting applications for two alternate Board of Adjustment Members. All applicants must either reside in Heber City or own property in Heber City. The Board of Adjustment meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month at 6:00 p.m. unless advised otherwise.
The Board of Adjustment hears appeals from the City’s land use decisions and makes decisions regarding requests for variances from the terms of land use ordinances.
