'OFFICIAL NOTICE
HEBER CITY MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION
In accordance with section 20A-5-101 with the Utah State Code, Public Notice is hereby given that the 2019 Heber City Municipal Primary Election will be held August 13, 2019. This election will be conducted entirely by mail. Ballots will be mailed between July 23 and July 30, 2019, allowing voters to cast their ballot early. Early voting locations will not be available. There will be one voter service center at Heber City Hall located at 75 North Main Street in Heber City, which will be open on election day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. in order to accommodate voting in person and ballot drop-off. The voting equipment is ADA compliant. The following is a sample of the ballot:

Instructions to Voters: To vote for the candidate of your choice, fill in the oval next to the candidate’s name. Use a black or blue ballpoint pen. If you tear, deface, or wrongly mark this ballot, contact the City Recorder’s Office.
